"An excellent hotel with modern and well maintained rooms. Very convenient to all points in Hood River, and amazingly quiet, even though it's located on the main street of the town. Very comfortable. I truly have no complaints about the accommodations or my experience. I highly recommend this hotel to all travelers."

"Hotel 3rd floor garden view room/balcony was large, spacious, and comfortable; bathroom amenities/coffee were minimal and average.Property was well kept/clean; pool, spa(s), and hot spring water was AMAZING! 1hr message was enjoyable but pricey; locker room and facilities were clean and well kept. We DEFINITELY recommend staying and experiencing the resort! Hourly use of the mineral pools available."

"We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking. The place we get to go for breakfast has great food. The only thing that would have made our stay that much better would be to have had a crib for my little one. We made do with what we had, but it made for some long nights not being able to contain him for sleep. I would absolutely stay here again."

"They changed my room when I called so I didn’t have to climb stairs and the staff upon arrival was quite helpful at check in. The morning staff wasn’t there but they had a box outside to drop your key in."

"Quite simply, one of if not the cleanest hotel room I have ever been in. Immaculate. It is a little small but I don’t care. Everything was basically brand new. It was really well insulated as we didn’t hear a peep from the freeway. Check in was super easy and the person who greeted us was extremely friendly and helpful. Zero bad things to say, will definitely use this place again when passing through. (There is no breakfast, but we almost always go find a real restaurant anyway, so this didn’t phase us at all.)."
