I checked in against my better judgment, walked into the room and it smelled horrible. I was fearful for my safety and went to the front desk to check out and they refused to give me a refund. They were so rude after I told them I didn’t want to stay there.」

「The hotel was clean overall except when my daughter ran the shower, a couple bugs crawled out of the drain. The shower is also not very powerful and the fiberglass tub sounds like it is cracking. The hotel is a non-smoking hotel but smelled like cigarettes in the hallway. When I went to the front desk the clerk had her back turned towards me in the back room and when I said, "Excuse me," she said, "yes," twice without turning around. I didn't want to speak out loud that we needed a plunger...

「Loved that the rooms had everything you could need, but they weren’t very clean. Overall we liked it, just some small things that could be better. We had fast food trash that was left in the room and things didn’t seems to be wiped off very well.」
