"It’s a Wellness and Spa Hotel and I failed to make an appointment for the Services. My room wasn’t cleaned during my stay and it’s inconvenient for elderly to walk up the stairs to the upper rooms. Faraway from everything to site see and shopping."

Service was phenomenal - we checked in way after hours and the host made all the efforts to accomodate us, which enabled us to safely arrive and get to our room :) Breakfast was very good as well. "We like the owner, her friendly personality, our room was clean and tidy and the breakfast was in home atmosphere and style. There is a bus stop close by, Lidl to make a fast shopping and the property is located outside of the centre but still walkable distance from the main spots. The owner allowed us to keep our luggage in while we went swimming at the Aquaforum. I definitely recommend this facility for a stay in Františkovy Lazne "

"Fantastisk sted med virkeligt søde mennesker og lækker mad og et helt utroligt smukt værelse. Meget hjælpsomhed og hygge. Der var lidt varmt på hemsen på værelset, hvilket udfordrede os lidt om natten, men det gik okay. Alt andet var helt i top <3 Vi blev to nætter selvom vi kun havde planlagt en enkelt. "
