「The only issue we had with the hotel is that we felt that guests were not made to feel especially valued. Finding our room (leaving or arriving) was complicated and no map was offered, nor detailed instructions on how to get there. There was a maze of hallways, stairs and two separate elevators involved in getting there without help with luggage. No offer of a room not requiring stairs. Also, when asked about getting ice, we were told that the only way to get it was to pay room service 5eur to...

「Visited lags area 5 days, golf resort was 2.2 miles from lags waterfront, was a nice walk on every day via the cliffs or one of 3 routs I took, lots of scenery and history」

「We stayed here for 3 nights. The overall hotel exterior is a little run down but the room was clean and spacious. We had an ocean view balcony and the view was great. For the price we paid, we thinks it was a good deal. We walked across the street to the ocean boardwalk for a 20 minute leisure walk to down town and took a less than $5 euro Uber back at night. You will hear birds chirping as the hotel has a few bird nets.」
