「Parking was easyily found. The check in was straightforward and the room comfortable and clean. The shared bathroom was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good with friendly efficient staff. 」

Lovely cooked Welsh breakfast plus plenty of fresh fruit, yoghurt and cereal choices Really enjoyed my stay and will definitely book again」

「The view is absolutely beautiful. The overall hygiene was ok, with a small bit of stain on the sheet remaining. However, there was one used instant coffee packaging left, probably due to carelessness of cleaning staff. The worst issue was that the shower was completely not working but the hotel gave us this room knowing that there was a electrical failure for the shower. Although the staff was really polite when we raised this issue in the morning, it does not erase the disappointment at night....

「Yr Hen Farcdy is wonderful accommodation in a beautiful setting, close to Snowdonia and all the special areas of north Wales. The rooms are comfortable, attractive and private, and the hosts Mike and Sue could not be more hepful. The breakfasts are delicious with a great range of options. We loved our 6 nights there and highly recommend it as a base fir exploring the region, or a spot for just chilling out.」

「Excellent hotel. Friendly efficient staff. Parking provided. Well located in the heart of the town. Room was spacious and comfortable. Heating worked well. Good bathroom. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent. Good meals available in the pub. One thing to note, there is no lift in the building, so stairs have to be negotiated which could be a concern, especially with luggage.」
