「The private hot tubs in the tree houses and cabins are too short to accommodate one or 2 people. The self service check-in is annoying, there is nobody on the premises and we couldn't lock our treehouse door. I called the phone support and they insisted on sending me a video instead of just telling me how to lock the entry door. 「This is a very nice double-wide unit in an RV park. We had only reserved it for 1 night as it was 15 minutes from the Sterling Renaissance Festival. Very clean with two queen beds and two bathrooms. Full kitchen and in-house laundry. Lots of room for everyone. 」
