「Everything here was great! A beautiful hotel, in a medieval building, perfectly situated on a quiet street (rare) in the center of historic Carcassonne. Very friendly staff, splendid room with generous amenities and a very well appointed bathroom (L'Occitane en Provence). Overall perfect stay!」

「+: Location is in a safe and quiet area, and less than 10 minutes walking to the main entrance of old town. We are 6 persons and we get an apartment with balconies from where we can see the ancient wall of the old town. Staffs are very kind and helpful. -: Apartment equipments are a little old.」

「Very good location, all staff are helpful and friendly. Room is clean and nice . I left a handbag on the chair in the bar, they help me to keep the bag and try to return to me. Th e car park is not in the hotel , you have to park the car in their parking lot, and call them come to take yr luggage and you walk 2 mins to the hotel.」

「Hotel simple pero muy bien. Mejor que esperaría de sus 2*. La disposición de todos los empleados era muy agradecido, tanto recepción como los camareros, como la señora de limpieza. La área de piscina es cuqui. Pegas: el área es muy poligonero, entonces para ir andando no es ideal. Con coche bien. Los precios del bar/restaurante eran bastante Elevados 」

「We arrived around 7PM to a sign with a phone number which we could not connect to. We had to wait around for 20-30 minutes before someone else arrived who was able to help us connect. Then it took another 10-15 minutes before the clerk arrived to check us in. The hotel room was just okay. Nothing special.」

「Lovely hosts who have good recommendations and were very helpful and friendly throughout the stay. The hotel is very peaceful and relaxing, the rooms spacious, and breakfast was lovely. It is a little off the beaten track but that added to the charm for us. Would definitely return. 」
