「There was no staff available when I first arrived, other guests were in the lobby calling me names and curing, it smelled horribly of cigarettes, my room had urine all over the bathroom floor and toilet, there was. Thick layer of dust on everything, the TV didn't work and there were NO lightbulbs in the room. The sheets were stained and covered in burn holes and there was banging and yelling throughout the whole night.」
