「Overall a great stay. Staff friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfasts. Hotel is a little tired, but rooms clean and bed comfortable. Location perfect for Aldeburgh town and beachfront. Parking is free at the hotel or on the roads outside. 」

「Overall a good stay. Staff were friendly and efficient . Room was cofortable although the carpet had some threadbare spots. Furniture was very outdated and could do with a refresh. Shower controls were very temperamentle trying to get a consistent temperature. There was not a toilet cleaning brush in the bathroom. The price was reasonable considering these minor faults. 」

「Room was small and a bit dated but a large balcony and we were lucky with the sunshine so we did sit out for a while each day. It would be beautiful in the summer ! That said the hotel is lovely, comfortable with lots of lively places to sit and read. The food is excellent - fantastic meal three courses for 33 pounds and well worth it. We would stay again and Aldeburgh is just lovely !!」

「We stayed in room 3 while our friends were in room 5, and the difference was remarkable. Our room was modern and didn't match the photo we saw online, as we were 'upgraded' due to a band playing in the pub below. The bathroom was incredibly small, only accommodating one person at a time. Definitely not worth £100 a night.」
