Here for two nights for a soccer tournament. Biggest pro was the nice and relatively big outdoor pool in center of complex, easy to use BBQ grills, basketball court, good size units, plenty of parking, well-maintained grounds, clean sheets and towels. The biggest issue we had was we needed late check-in after front desk leaves at 8pm that night so we needed to call-in that morning to ask them to leave keys in an outdoor lockbox. However, that morning their phone lines weren’t working and we tried calling until 11am. Finally, we tracked down their parent company and called their corporate office and it took them a couple of hours to reach their property manager. There were no email addresses for the hotel on website and I even tried reaching out to Expedia but they also didn’t have email address so there was no way to reach that property until we found corporate. We finally were able to reach front desk by email and got set up but it was very stressful all day trying to figure it out. My suggestion is that they list at least two forms of communication method to front desk so this doesn’t happen again. Also, I was surprised the hotel didn’t alert any later incoming guests of their phone lines down after we told them of this issue. We had other families we knew coming in that day also having this trouble. I would have thought they would send out an email to all their guests alerting them of their phones down and giving them an email option for communication.
