"I booked this hotel because of the extremely high ratings and glowing reviews online, but after staying here, I honestly do not understand how it earned such positive feedback. My experience was disappointing from start to finish and I would rate it closer to a 5/10 at best. The hotel felt outdated, worn down, and poorly maintained. Breakfast was very mediocre with an extremely limited selection and no hot food items at all. Calling it “complimentary breakfast” feels generous because it was really just the bare minimum. Cleanliness and maintenance were also concerning. We discovered bugs in the room, which immediately made us uncomfortable. On top of that, the shower curtain in the bathroom was literally disintegrating around the rod, which clearly reflected poor upkeep and lack of attention to detail. To make matters worse, the elevator was out of service for two of the three days we stayed there. Our room was on the 3rd floor, so repeatedly carrying luggage and climbing stairs became exhausting and frustrating. There did not seem to be much urgency from management to address the issue. The staff was okay, but not particularly helpful or proactive. The only real positive was that coffee and tea were available 24/7. Overall, this hotel did not come close to living up to the ratings and expectations created by other reviews and felt significantly overrated."

"I only spent on night before a flight but the room was excellent. I didn’t know I was going to have a jacuzzi in my room. That was a really nice surprise. The room was clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend. "

"The room was clean, but the interior definitely needs updating & remodeled. There was also an issue with a refund due because of miscommunication/poor communication between the late night desk attendant and the morning desk attendant. Was my first visit to a Red Roof Inn and also my last."

"We have stayed at this hotel many times now. The location is great, close to the airport and just a few miles away from downtown. The room was large and comfortable. Didn’t use the rest of the amenities as much. Nonetheless the hotel is a great value for money."

"We stayed in the presidential suite, though the room is quite large, the furniture has a lot of marks on it as if it is old or just beat up. The property itself has a great location close to the city however, in the parking lot there is glass from broken car windows, and the landscaping has not been maintained. The best part of the hotel experience was eating in the restaurant, the food was amazing and the staff was even more amazing! The restaurant is very updated with incredible food and sociable, waitress, and bartender. Having worked in hotels before they’re definitely needs to be a more maintenance covering the grounds to make it presentable and more front desk staff both times we needed to go to the front desk. There was a line because there was only one person on staff. Overall, very clean!"
