"While the service person was pleasant and was accommodating as best they could, the hotel itself needs some major remodeling as the room we stayed in seemed like it was far past its time and the hotel grounds looks very dated and old. "

"Booked apartment for four of us to stay and at the last minute canceled our trip. Was forced to book another room not near our location and more expensive. Cost me hundreds more and instead of a 12 minute commute each day it became a 1 hour commute. Would highly recommend not ever using them."
