「We notified the property that we would be arriving late as the late arrival instructions stated. When we got there nobody answered any of the phone numbers listed. We waited for quite a while hoping to contact someone but had to drive down into missoula and pay for a room there. Even when Expedia attempted to reach out to them they couldn't make contact either. On top of it all we were traveling with a child. Terrible service, no follow up, no cooperation and they would not refund my money. I...

「Bed linens were great and clean, good pillows too. Could use a bit of paint here and there and updating. Couches needed cleaned. But kitchen was clean and usable. Air conditioning worked great although a bit noisy. The woman at front desk very friendly and helpful.」

「The room was clean and check in instructions were clear. The location on the river was awesome. I think the furnishings need a little updating. First 2 nights were peaceful and quiet. Last night we had someone in room above us. Could hear them stomping around late and at 5am. I would recommend this place because of the proximity to river and trails.」

「This is an older Best Western hotel.It is bit rough around the edges but very well maintained.」
