"The staff we interacted with was amazing. We mainly interacted with the evening staff and she was helpful and spoke great English. Also, we did room service 1 night and the recommendation of the lamb was so tender it fell off the bones. Great!!!! The only small issue is the EV charging was not hooked up properly so we had to use an extension cord versus the charger noted as being onsite."

"The location is in a small village in the mountains and driving in and out is not easy. The property itself is a bit dated but is very charming. The staff and service were excellent. Note that the price does not include breakfast. We stayed on the third floor and internet was unavailable le in the room - we had to go down to the lobby for internet connection. Breakfast and the restaurant were great."

"We spent 5 days in May 2023 at the charming and spacious Villa du Parc, in one of their 2-bedroom Gite apartments. The Villa is very well situated in the suburbs of Prades, only 10 minutes walk from the attractive town centre. The apartment and the whole Villa were clean, well laid out and well equipped. Qwerky hotel, great rooms.
"Lovely hotel. Bedroom was a good size and beds were very comfy. Bathroom was a little outdated. Unfortunately the hotel restaurant was full and couldnt accommodate us for dinner. The rest of the town was quiet so was a struggle to find somewhere. Hotel overall was lovely and good experience."
