"Very friendly staff and quite a good overall location although we had to carry the pram up around 100 steps. Room was a decent size which fitted a double and single bed, wardrobe and desk. Problem was we asked for an infant bed and we was provided with a single bed which was not suitable for our 18month yo. Beds had protruding corners which the baby fell onto a few times and ended up with multiple bruises. Blinds did not keep the light out from the outside street lamp which was annoying and kept...

"We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights prior to flying home from 10 days in Turkey. Very convenient. Solid breakfast included. Room was very tight. But clean, fresh and adequate. No shuttle to the airport was a negative. Parking was provided. Will stay again if the occasion arises."

"Pack your earplugs. I stayed here the night before an early flight so that I would be closer to the airport. Everything was fine but the rooms are not sound proofed at all. Could hear lots of noise above me and out on the street. They arranged our private transfer for $25 euros because they said taxis are busy in the morning. I don’t know if that’s true but less stress was worth the extra cost for me."

"Outstanding Service That Made Our Stay Unforgettable! As we arrived at the hotel the start wasn’t good one as there was some misunderstanding but I was amazed how quickly receptionist managed to resolve that misunderstanding really quickly. the customer service was nothing short of exceptional. The staff went above and beyond at every turn to make sure we felt welcomed, valued, and completely looked after. Every team member we interacted with—from the front desk to housekeeping—was warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. They handled all of our requests seamlessly and made the entire stay feel effortless. It is rare to find a team so consistently friendly, professional, and dedicated to hospitality. I forgot to take the name of receptionist who went out of their way to assist us! Special thanks to him. Verdict: Fantastic hospitality from start to finish. A huge thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special. Tip: If you want to drop in the hotel name, any specific employee names, or mention your destination before sending it off, just let me know and I can add them for you!"

"We only stayed a few hours because our inbound flight was delayed but the staff went out of their way to help us out. Provided food even though the restaurant was closed, shuttle driver waited patiently for us when our bag got lost, helped us make a call when we didn’t have a sim etc. 10/10 would recommend for a friend"

Dem Premium Hotel - Round Trip Airport Service - Istanbul International Airport

"1) Minor cleanliness issue: Some left over of packing wraps of fresh toilet paper wraps or something in the toilet that could have been put in the dustbin but it was on the floor besides the flush out. 2) Breakfast: Clarity of what will be served for breakfast could be helpful; little description of the menu and the details regarding the options of menu. Basically it's seems the menu is fixed which was not clear until we guests find out ourself at the restaurant. 3) Staffs were good and friendly. Hotel location is fine with shops & amenities around within few hundred foot are amazing. 4) Taxi fare is unreasonably expensive. First of all the taxi fare offered by EXPEDIA is more than double offered by the hotel. There seems to be some glitch in the taxi fare. I took taxi through the BITAKSI app to travel from IST airport to Hotel (Dem Premium) which is around 13 km away. The pick up locations are utter nonsense making the guest to walk/cross about 2 km distances. Then the fare shown is TRY 1150; payment through the app using my credit card failed and have to pay by cash. Upon checking in the hotel they offered for return/drop off fare of 20 Euros which is cheaper than the Yellow taxi fare. All together all the sources are looting money from the guests visiting the country. Because The official city tariff includes a starting flat rate of ₺71.94, followed by ₺47.92 per Km which works out almost half of the fare paid."
