Hotel O Eureka Springs - Christ Of Ozark Area

"We checked in on a Saturday spent Sunday and Monday and checked out Tuesday. They only have continental breakfast on the weekends. So Sunday morning we had their continental breakfast which you had a choice of toaster waffles or toaster waffles. The rooms were nice. The bed was comfortable. I could not take a shower at night because there was no hot water and I told them upfront that there was no hot water. I let the water run for a long time, but it still didn’t get warm so I had to shower in the morning and it still took a little bit for the water to get warm. So we took off to see family after the first night when we got back housekeeping had not been to the room which that’s OK but we had no clean towels so I had to go to the office which was locked and call them to bring us some towel towels and wash rags. But other than all of that it was OK."

"Everything was great about our room and stay there. I would make a couple of suggestions: when it’s 95-100 degrees outside it would be nice to have the room air conditioning on and not have the window open. Also, the refrigerator was turned off with the door opened. I have medication that needs to be refrigerated and so I look for hotel rooms with a fridge. We had to wait for it to cool down for my meds. Check in was at 3:00. However no one was there to let us in until 3:20, sounds picky except as I said earlier it was almost 100 degrees outside."

"For a Motel, it was pretty good. The gentleman at the front was helpful and warmly. However, the front desk had its lights off and everything looked closed. The rooms were clean, comfy, and cute. The interior design wasn't bad at all. I would not mind staying again. My only genuine complaint: Hotels.com makes it look a lot closer to the downtown strip than it really is, almost as if it's walking distance, but it wasn't."

"This is a really well run hotel. The front desk was being run by ben, He was the best ever! So friendly and helpful. The room was large and extremely comfortable. We sat by the pool for a few hours enjoying the peace and the view. The jacuzzi was perfect. We didn't use the other play area. We had lunch at the restaurant, the salad bar was fresh and delicious. I highly recommend this best western."

"If you want an old school motel…this is it. Don’t ever redo the look! It was so 1990 and we loved it. The only beef is that you got ashtrays right on top of the a/c’s and by having your smokers smoke right next to it, it kinda makes the room smell like a smokers room. It’s like that cigarette smoke gets sucked up by the air intake of the A/C and then sends it into the room. It was faint, but noticeable. Room was exceptionally clean…I love supporting small businesses and Eureka is full of them. Sad to see the restaurant was permanently closed. But so affordable and we were good with that. No microwave in the room, but one in the lobby. Did have a fridge which was nice."
