「Absolutely fantastic stay - I’ve been to Lisbon many times and this is my absolute favourite place. The vibes are amazing, staff are super friendly and helpful, location is ideal (near so many cute cafes and shops - easy access to the city centre on foot but still nice and quiet). 「Check in was difficult in that I needed physical entry cards not the digital one and this proved much more complicated than it should have been. They did not as per the website send a code to get such keys. Had to chase several times to find out how to get them Apart from that lovely flat, well equipped, clean. Very well located. Would have been 5* with smoother check in」

「Upon arrival the reception staff were very helpful, supported us with where to park which is a chargeable car park nearby. The room was not ready as we arrived early, we were expecting a call to confirm when it was ready, that didn’t come, and we eventually went to check back at reception at 5 and managed to get into our room at this time.
