"I really enjoyed my stay at the Pestana. It was perfectly located and walking distance to everything. The hotel itself was very clean, with well appointed facilities. The indoor pool was really nice. Outdoor pool is a but of a stretch tog et to but still nice to have. Breakfast was ok and view was incredible. The room I received was great after an upgrade. It was extremely quiet, spacious and loved the pillow selection. Rooms were extremely clean and linens super fresh. Staff were very thoughtful and friendly. Thanks to Thiago at the main desk for all his support. I would stay here on my my next trip to Cascais."

"The hotel’s location was convenient, and the reception area was well designed and welcoming. However, the overall service did not meet expectations. The room was quite small and lacked basic amenities such as a refrigerator and an iron. Upon entering, there was a noticeable musty odor, and the bathroom ceiling showed visible black mold. The room also felt excessively humid, which made it uncomfortable to breathe, requiring the window to remain open for ventilation. The bed sheets were not clean, nor were the towels. I don’t think they have been washed. I stayed for only two nights and found a different hotel."
