「O pessoal da Recepção gentil e educada. Cafe da manhã do 1o dia muito bom, mas no 2o dia tinha um grupo de adolecentes em um grupo e Acho q por isso fizeram mais simples ! 」

「+: good equipment, clean room, in the center of commercial area so if you like shopping it is perfect location. -: the location is too noisy and crowded, so not good for people who want to have a relax trip. the staff who welcome us never smiles; she seems just want to finish talking with us as soon as possible, and she did not look at our eyes at all during the talk.」

「We booked a family suite, and the room was quite large. However, the bathrooms were very small. Parking was expensive and squeezing the car into the space was challenging. But it was located below the hotel and accessible by elevator, which was very nice. The staff was friendly. The location was excellent. Very clean.」

「Sadly my room was dirty (dusty) when I arrived. I had booked 6 rooms and in 5 of the rooms the air con did not work. In one of the rooms there were no shower gel or shampoo in the bottles int he shower, unprofessional and annoying when you're already in the shower! Also I am not sure I understand why in a nearly empty hotel we were given rooms facing the back 'garden' (ie other buildings) when lots of rooms would have been available with a better view. Overall we had an ok stay but one thing is...

「櫃台服務人員很親切有禮貌，讓人覺得很舒服。 早餐也不錯，尤其當一邊用餐一邊看著窗外飄著雪的時候。 旅館在老安道爾最繁榮的大街上，所以逛街購物用走路就可以完成。 一樓大廳有燒著木頭的壁爐，讓來自沒有下雪地區的我們特別有感覺。」

「Quarto limpo, porém o meu era pequeno para 2 pessoas. O da minha amiga, também para 2 pessoas era maior. Aquecimento eficiente. Banheiro grande e chuveiro ótimo. Localização excelente, no calçadão de pedestres mais movimentado da cidade, com muitas lojas e restaurantes. O recepcionista muito simpático e gentil.」
