A convenient hotel with car parking available. However the room was very cramped (one side of the bed was up against the wall) so if I was staying again I would have to choose a larger room

Check in was annoying, asking questions about a footballmatch and a concert in the city, only checkin please! And speak louder madam! Checkout was good!

One afternoon my room door was fully open and lights on, reception answered “that sometimes it may happen, cleaner may leave your room open” really, how is that possible? Overall the hotel was ok, breakfast good and medium clean hotel

Das Hotel ist von innen tatsächlich besser als es von außen aussieht. Allerdings ist es doch sehr abgewohnt und an einigen Stellen nicht unbedingt sauber. Die Zimmer sind zudem sehr klein, das hat uns aber nicht gestört. Die Lage ist allerdings super, in die Innenstadt und zu den Weihnachtsmärkten sind es ca 10min zu Fuß. Auch Parkplätzen sind direkt vor Ort die unbedingt vorher im Hotel zu buchen sind oder mit einem Parkhaus um die Ecke das uns von Freitag Nachmittag bis Sonntag morgen 16€ gekostet hat. Alles in allem war das ganz okay, wobei ich immernoch überlege ob ich zur Messe das Preisleistungsverhältnis passend finde oder es doch etwas teuer, wobei das sicher immer Ansichtssache ist.

Zimmer war sehr gut, allerdings sollten der Lüfter und die Fugen in der Dusche mal begutachtet werden. 1 Stern Abzug, weil nachts im Flur eine Gruppe stundenlang Party gemacht hat und das Personal nicht eingegriffen hat.

Eine sehr schöne, zentrale Unterkunft. Zimmer waren sehr schön, wenn auch das Bad sehr klein war. Hat aber nicht weiter gestört da wir nur eine Nacht dort verbracht haben. Empfang sehr freundlich und Frühstück war auch sehr gut

Sauberes modisches Hotel im Laufabstand zu Bahnhof und Stadtzentrum. Super Service, Bezahlbare Getränke verügbar. Nur zur Info, nicht negativ, Keine Möglichkeit Kaffee oder Tee im Zimmer zu bereiten. Zentral zu allen Staedten in NRW. Wir werden Stammkunden.

Nettes Hotel, das Zimmer ist sauber und akzeptabel. Die Toilette hingegen ist eine Zumutung – sie ist so klein, dass man nicht einmal richtig sitzen kann. Selbst für ein Kind wäre das kaum zumutbar. Auch das Waschbecken ist winzig; beim Händewaschen läuft das Wasser überall heraus.

Ontbijt was goed, personeel vriendelijk. Accomodatie lag in een achteraf gebied, industrie, wel tegen het centrum. Beetje onveilig gevoel buiten. Kamer en badkamer erg klein. Algemene ruimtes hadden aandacht nodig. Overall prijs kwaliteit net voldoende.

Einzelzimmer mit Dusche: sehr kleines und enges Einzelbett; Dusche ist eine Mini-Nasszelle. Kaum Mobiliar vorhanden, kein Schrank. Safe funktioniert nicht. Lage: zentral aber keine Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Nähe, man ist aber sehr schnell in der Innenstadt. Der Früstücksraum ist sehr ansprechend und das Frühstück ist sehr gut! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich!
