Worth using

Reasonable value for money is all you really need to know! Breakfast a bit on the expensive side. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Good location for transport systems.

Property was sufficient for a short stay although room quite small. Staff very friendly and happy to help. Rooms were cleaned every day. Area around had a lot of building work going on which was noisy and dusty. Further out not the sort of city you would feel safe walking around on your own.

Not a nice experince at all. Horrible price due standard. Not worth staying if you want to visit IPM, choose other hotel or stay in the car

My stay was disappointing. The internet didn't work, making it difficult to stay connected for work or personal use, and the staff were not friendly, which added to the frustration and made seeking assistance feel unwelcoming. My key card failed multiple times, requiring trips to reception. The heating unit was broken and I had to switch rooms, adding to the inconvenience. The rooms were cramped, and the beds uncomfortable, making it hard to sleep well. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel for anyone seeking comfort and good service.

Hot, Noisy and smokers outside.

Had a first floor room, not overlooking the Railway line, unfortunately we had the main road. No problem keep the windows shut. But we couldn't as the room was far too hot. So windows open and the smokers stood underneath all hours smoking, which filled the room with cigarette and pipe smoke. So why not put on the air conditioning, simply it didn't work. Didn't bother mentioning to the hotel front desk staff, what could they do about it? Possibly move us to another hot noisy room.

Ganz in Ordnung für ein gewissermaßen Durchgangshotel. Top natürlich die Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof Essen. Das Bad/ Toilette ist jedoch arg beengt, nicht wirklich schlanke Menschen können sich zum Beispiel kaum drehen. Insgesamt natürlich trotzdem völlig okay

Altes Zimmer mit kaputter Klimaanlage und stark riechendem Elektroheizlüfter. Alles sehr staubig und Spinnweben an Decke, Wand und Schrönke. Gardinen waren eingeschnitten. Also ein Totalausfall des Hotels. Kommen nicht wieder.

Personal sehr freundlich. Rund um die Uhr Check in und out. Sauberkeit im Zimmer war mäßig wegen Flecken auf Matratze Zudecke und Spinnenweben in den Zimmerecken. War für den Preis ziemlich enttäuscht.
