"Room windows were painted-shut, no way to open them. Room was equipped with a heater, but didn't have A/C, humidity stayed in and air wasn't renewed enough. Room doors aren't soundproofed enough, I had the bad luck of staying over a hockey weekend, and kids were running around and playing hockey in the corrider in front of my room, while parents were drinking beers and eating pizza next to them. Had to call front desk twice to get order restored (some people are working...) Cleanlines could have been better as well, while not the worst."

"While the room is nothing fancy or modern, the comfort was top! Cleanliness is acceptable and what to expect from an older-style hotel. Breakfast was decent, and staff was amazing. Front Desk's Robert went above and beyond to accomodate my mistake, whoch he didn't have to, but chose to anyway."

"I'm not a skier but i really love blue moutain , the scenery is beautiful. Lots of places to eat right there in the village .we went to the nordic spa which was amazing . My only wish is that the rooms wouldn't have carpet , i like flooring better more sanitary . But thats just me . It wouldn't stop me from going back thats for sure . 😊"

"We stayed in the jacuzzi suite which was perfect for a cold winter's day. It was a beautiful bit of luxury and had a fireplace as well. I was a little undewhelmed by the upgraded breakfast we paid extra for. They used no seasonings at all so it was very bland. Next time I might have just stayed with the continental, but totally would stay here again if looking for an extra special room to share with my spouse. "

"Staff was great, room smelled like cigarettes, tub faucet leaked, water from tap was brown, tiles falling off, bed was comfortable and linens were clean. Breakfast was decent. There were teams staying there, and the children were running and screaming for hours! Beginning at 7am. Nobody did anything about it. Will not stay there again. Again the staff were very nice! Not their fault the place is not kept up, it’s old but doesn’t have to be that bad. Not happy "

"This is by far the filthiest hotel I have ever been in. New owners have just let this place fester and rot. Anywhere you look the wallpaper was peeling, towels were filthy, and the topper, there was a massive blood stain on the floor of my room. These people are dirty and do not care about cleanliness whatsoever. Take a wild guess"
