"The hotel was pretty and clean, and the staff were super friendly. The pools and beach were excellent, as was the food. The only area that could be improved compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at is the animation activities."

"Journey from airport long and windy. Didn’t like the mix up at check in and being given the wrong room for first night. No children’s entertainment on Sunday. Nice pool, lots of sunbeds nice food. Beautiful beach. "

"There were cockroaches in the outside snack bar restaurant that was ugly to see. Getting to your room was a hassle as there were no lifts and loads of stairs."

The food is extraordinary - in quality, choice, creativity - the whole place is spotless, huge props to the cleaners - and my room was utterly divine, on the highest floor level with full sea & beach views. "Not bad, rooms could be much cleaner. Dirty cups in the dining area on clean tables - kind of like when you overfill the dishwasher. But other then that it was fine."

" Check in very slow not sure what the problem was, the rooms are tired and need updating, food was ok nothing great and the drinks were awful poor quality, service behind the bar slow, a very large complex so people with mobility issues may have problems where sunbathing due to slopes, I would rate this hotel a 5 out of 10 realising you get what you pay for"
