「The staff were amazing as always. They are working at improving the property. Our room was very clean and comfortable. They even let people use a kitchen for other meals as long as they clean up. It’s a great place centrally located. We met some other travellers to chat with as well. It's become our go-to place to stay.」

「The room was very clean and the owner was very friendly and helpful. The room is a good size and has a full kitchenette which would be really great if staying for multiple days. My only issue was the mattress was uncomfortable (can feel the springs) so didn't get a very good sleep. It is nice there is a restaurant right beside the suites. 」

「It was concerning arriving to a broken down motel with a sign saying to check in at the econolodge accross the street. When i did, the gentleman at the door SK was extremely friendly and helpful, and accommodated me putting me away from any noise in a beautiful room in the econolodge itself. Suprisingly Wonderful experience, plan to stay here again. 」

「Very nice older motel. Exceptionally clean. I had just had eye surgery and the young man at the desk came without asking and opened the door and carried my bags in. If I ever need to stay in Medicine Hat again it will definitely be the Belair. 」

「The room was clean, the staff were friendly. Breakfast was okay. Parking was a little fun at times for where our room was located as delivery trucks blocked our parking space for a period of time, but not a real problem. It would have been nice to have received a paper copy of the layout of the building to locate the best and easiest route to your destination within the building which would have been helpful. The only problem was when room was cleaned they did not always restock the coffee...
