"Obviously property needs some upgrades. Couple of times the room door was locked. Thanks to excellent management and maintenance crevices was resolved quickly. They are going above and beyond to resolve issues but the facility needs new investment. Obviously the old door locks cannot last forever. Thanks Blue Bay staff for your input"

"Room was fine, we had to figure out our TV because it didn't work at first. Staff were nice, only had one bartender ignore me then give me attitude - I'm not sure if I didn't hear him at first so he moved on to the next person or what, but thankfully the person he decided to help first made him take my order before he did."
