「Temiz, geniş ve ferah bir hotel. Odada, balkonda geniş yüksek tavanlı süper. İç mimarisi ve mobilyalarıda modern ve çok güzel. Resepsiyonda çalışan hanım ve beyler profesyonel kibar ve sevecenler, resepsiyonu bi kere dahi boş görmedim, bu güven veren bir özellik. Temizlik çalışanlarıda güleryüzlü ve titizdi. Ancak ses yalıtımı sıfır bu hotelde, sağ ve sol odalardan yukarıdan her ses direkt odadaydı. Tartışma, konuşma, duş, tuvalete gittiklerinde çıkarılan tüm sesler vs olduğu gibi duyuluyordu.....

「Excellent hotel. We stayed at The Marni Hotel to celebrate my daughter's birthday, and it couldn't have been more perfect. The hotel is beautiful, with lovely modern rooms, a fantastic pool and a really relaxing spa. Everything is spotless and is basically brand new. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, but a special mention has to go to Arzu. I left my eye cream at home, and she went out of her way to find some for me and have it delivered to the hotel the very same day. Such amazing...

「The manager smoked at reception and at the pool. The room was never cleaned, just briefly tidied. The breakfast was mediocre at best. Water wasn’t provided daily and the staff struggled to communicate a common message. The gym was okay and so was the pool. The manager tried to scam us multiple times and they were not overly welcoming. I wouldn’t recommend the place as the staff try to exploit travelers.」

「Overall it was a comfortable stay and I would recommend if you’re planning to go on a lot of day trips and tours. The hotel itself is clean and the staff are lovely. There is no pool, so consider that- if you’re doing tours this isn’t much of an inconvenience. The hotel is located in a decently convenient location with a few other hotels on the same street, and just a quick walk from mini markets. It’s not directly in the city centre so it’s a bit quieter and less crowded. Kaleici (old town)...

「I am an asian woman traveled alone, checked in late at about 9pm. The receptionist offered to sleep with me. He even called my room to ask me out. I was terrified and could not sleep the whole night(he knew my room no and the hotel door doesn't have a lock from the inside) Concerning it was in low season, if something happened nobody will hear me scream, I was totally scared.
