「1. 飯店非常新且乾淨,雖然門面很小,但房間非常舒適我們在這享受了7個晚上,冷氣空調非常舒服價格在倫敦算非常合理 2. 工作人員非常nice, 雖然沒有電梯是缺點,但如有行李會馬上有服務人員來搬忙搬至房間,我們攜帶了3個大型行李,服務人員非常樂意幫忙 3. 飯店就在地鐵旁,走路不用30秒喔!真的太太太方便 4. 飯店就在倫敦最大shopping mall旁邊,還有2個大超市,要購物要吃飯簡直方便到不行,購物累了還可以回房間休息後再繼續戰鬥 5. 飯店附近走路5分鐘的Hillton飯店公車站有oxford tube 和 outlet express停靠站,去oxford和outlet這些地方簡直方便到不行 6. 飯店正樓下有一間中國餐廳,他的新加坡菜好好吃」

「Pretty good, had a good time there 」

「I liked the fact that they provided free showering products but I couldn’t sleep at night because the whole floor was tilted to one side and I kind of kept falling down from one side to the other on the bed...I talked to the staff but they told me it was because the whole building was old...Moreover the room size was extremely small. I was skinny and small (47kg, 163cm) and I couldn’t turn around in the shower cabinet...I was wondering who else could... Well, I think this hotel is too old to...

「Very Disappointing Stay 1. Room Completely Different from Website Photos The room we were assigned looked completely different from the photos shown on the hotel’s website. 2. Poor Ventilation The basement room had no proper ventilation. The only way to get some air circulation was to keep the bathroom exhaust fan running. 3. 「We lived our stay at Mason&Fifth Primrose Hill. The are is super cute and convenient, easy to get around and very walkable. The only issue was our bathroom was not working properly and even with maintenance team coming to fix it we still had to keep using the common bathroom close to our room apart from that our room was spacious and had everything else we need it. The staff were attentive, helpful and very friendly. I would stay there again! 」
