「It’s a dormitory really with a common bathroom on the floor. A little more clarity from the very beginning would have been nice. Otherwise, it said that the booth room was in another room. Too expensive for a dorm. Excellent breakfast though! Clean rooms. 」

「This was a disastrous stay. Despite the premium prices this hotel charges, their maintenance is diabolical. I had to call various staff 4 times before they fixed the portable air conditioner in my room. This ranged from not informing us that the aircon would stop working if it filled up with water to the outlet pipe repeatedly falling out of the window vent.
