"I didn’t know that there wasn’t an elevator. Although I am handicapped, I usually just get a regular room. I would have requested an accessible room, or at least one on the first floor, had I known. Also, most rooms, even if they aren’t handicapped accessible, have a grab bar or something to hold ..."

"Wonderful staff who worked to get our room ready early for us. Comfortable and clean room. Only complaint is that it was so hot, and the ice machines were out of order. I would have loved to have been able to have a nice jug of ice water."
