「I came with my mother for our annual mother/daughter trip. The hotel was stunning, decor was exquisite and staff and service was wonderful. Beautiful haven in the middle of Mahon. The room was spacious, clean and had all the nice little touches. The pool and gardens were beautiful and relaxing. 「Nos pusieron en una habitacion en la planta baja, al lado de la entrada y de la recepción. Se escuchaba los portazos de la entrada y cada vez que entraba y salia alguien. Al igual que si habia añguien cocinando porque esta todo en la misma planta. En la recepcion no habia nadie(menos mal por un lado) durante toda la estancia y me comuniqué con ellos por whatsap. Las toallas eran blancas pero tenian un aspecto desgastado y sucio y no hay servicio de limpieza de habitación. Tan solo vienen cada 3...

「Très bonne adresse sue Ciutadella, tout proche de l’ultra centre de cette très jolie ville. La chambre que j’ai eue était très bon marché, un peu atypique, très confortable et calme avec un accès direct à une terrasse tout aussi agréable. Possibilité d’utiliser une cuisine très bien équipée et un salon TV tout aussi cosy. Accueil simplifié au maximum pour nous rendre la vie facile. Vraiment une bonne surprise ! Merci 」
