「Nice room, clean, modern. Access was simple and the staff was available to provide support.」

「Check in speed is very slow and very unfamiliar with the process. Even assign a not my reservation to me…. until my reminder they the realized. Didn’t check with me and my colleague which credit card what to use, just directly charged the card left to the system. Check in time is so long and inefficient. I spend for 30-40mins to complete my check in.」

「Everything was clean and smooth. The only thing is that you need to get to Munich with transfers for about an hour and a half」

「It is well described, basic accommodation with a well stocked kitchen. Beds were comfortable and clean. Laminate flooring was clean. Hallways looked newly painted. No complaints. We used the laundry facilities- 4€ for wash was a bit expensive but heated towel rack in washroom was an added bonus.」

「I stayed here for Oktoberfest 2026 and the location was super convenient for any public transportation. The hotel itself was amazing clean with a super friendly staff. I checked in with a small problem on my account from their end and they ended up upgrading my room to the top studio with a balcony, truly amazing and thankful they resolved my issue super fast. Will definitely come back and stay again!」

「Hotel staff is nice. Few station by metro to city Center and to MOC. Self check-in. So must remember to register before check-in to get QR code for entrance. 」
