「Bathroom was not clean. There was soap film on the faucet and soap dish. Shower floor did not appear clean. Fixtures were falling off the wall and built in areas were damaged.」

「Overall, this was a wonderful area and very quiet for our 4th of July getaway. Our room was very lovely (the bed was super comfy) and the staff very friendly. Our shower was a bit of a mess at the build kept causing water to pool out due to it's lack of ability to drain correctly. Our balcony view was enjoyable and allowed us to keep watching the fireworks that were happening all the way down on St. Simons and Jekyll Island. Good sized gym and pool area and there were a handful of local eateries...

「Clean, spacious room with comfortable beds and pillows. Could not hear any cars or trucks but heavy footsteps from upstairs and people talking from next door. Free simple breakfast. The air conditioner was a bit loud. Hallway smelled like smoke but room did not.」

「The room is a bit old, but the lobby is well designed.」

「The room and bathroom were not clean and dust was everywhere. My wife has allergies and couldn’t breathe. She went to the desk and they showed her another room which was very musky and was worse than the first room. We got our money back and left. Very few rooms were taken when we arrived and maybe that is why. Housekeeping needs to do a better job and maintenance needs to check for mold.」

「The room was nice & clean. Our room was next to the elevator so it was quite loud. We also arrived around 10pm & we had to wait around 15 minutes for the front desk staff to come back.」

「The room was dirty,they had no continental breakfast there was no pool none of the amenities. They said they had they did not. I was very dissatisfied.」

「Sheets were dirty, someone else’s hair all over the bed, mixed in with crumbs. Tub had used que tips in it and the towels had what seemed like makeup smudges on them.」

「So surprised to enter our spacious, lovely room only to find that our bathroom door would not move! Upon inspection, the door seemed to have soaked up a lot of water (the shower leaked) and had become waterlogged and stuck to the floor. Must have been happening for a very long time for the door to become that waterlogged!」
