「Staff was very friendly and accommodating for a last minute reservation for 3 rooms and 10 travelers. Rooms were large , spacious and very clean. I’d highly recommend this hotel.」

「The rooms were spotless and staff was very friendly and helpful. The resort is large and laid out in a forest setting with covered raised open air walkways. There were bikes you could ride from your room to the very large pool area, We took kayaks down the small river behind the resort and it was like a jungle river trip with huge trees and lush forest all around. 「Staff were very friendly and helpful and made our young one very happy chatting and sharing their time - rooms beautiful and stylish and the pool was clean and refreshing. All around a lovely experience!」

「This hotel is only a year old and is in excellent condition. The room was clean and modern as was the rest of the hotel. It does have pool and, although I did not use it, it looks like it is maintained. The location is only a 5-10 minute walk from the river and all of the restaurants which is nice. The staff were friendly and accomodating. I would definitely stay here again. 」

「Stayed mid may. Roof bar only open on weekends. The convenience store is stocked but closed, we had to stay in a separate building away from the main hotel, which I didn't love in the humidity and rain. The whole place has air of being partially closed down. Pool bar is soulless, beed carpaccio was just sliced steak. Cockroaches in the bedroom, room was seriously hot when we got there. I think the place has potential but the owners need to try harder . Staff were very nice and helpful.」

「More upkeep is required. Adding an additional fan to each room may help. Bugs in room and washroom. I can see holes in ceiling.」
