"The hotel is in a great location. The rooms are a bit outdated, mold stains on the wall and there were way too many bugs in there- I think they came in through the space underneath the balcony door. The staff were helpful with arranging transport for us and the breakfast was great. "

The hotel was relatively new with some teething problems such as inconsistent hot water delivery and pool and spa were not yet operational.
