"This was a great hotel in a great location. Walkable to public transportation, good restaurants and close to Zona Colonial. The hotel was clean, safe and the staff was excellent. The gym was great and we loved the rooftop pool and hot tub. My biggest complaint was that breakfast was $30 USD per person. Absolutely crazy. But we just bought food at the grocery store for our kids to eat in the mornings. "

"Hotel greeting and stay was excellent. Room was comfortable and quit. Pool and guest areas were clean and inviting Thank you. The Breakfast buffet was great, with plenty to choose from. The breakfast patio seating was great. The patio servers never once came to our table, my wife two year old and myself, just walked by and served everyone seated around us. Even after we went to the buffet and got our food and waited for them again to ask if we wanted any tasty coffee or water. I had to personally walk over to the servers station and pour two cups of tasty good morning coffee and water?? Servers did see me serving myself. Very sad Servers seem to have an issue acknowledging my wife, myself and our two year-old due to my wife being Haitian?. Disappointing Yes we will return to the Fiesta Dominicana Hotel.. maybe breakfast room service next time. "

"So grateful to the concierge team for arranging a welcome amenity of Chocolate Strawberries and champagne for our arrival. However, we arrived at 5:00am, which the hotel knew about so the amenity was warm and melted."

"During my recent stay at the hotel, I found the rooms clean and well-maintained. However, I encountered some issues: - Pillows: Extremely flat and lacking support, making for an uncomfortable sleep. - Breakfast: Although I paid extra, the pancakes were hard and cold, and the oatmeal was watery. The restaurant staff, however, was efficient and pleasant. - Forgotten Items: I left my black hoody with white "Calvin Klein" lettering on the left-side arm in the closet but did not receive a call from the hotel. I believe hotels should make an effort to contact guests about forgotten valuables, especially if they make an effort to reach out for payments or promotions. How wonderful if someone would’ve reached out to me. This review would’ve been more favorable. Overall, I wouldn't mind returning due to cleanliness and staff. I hope they improve their breakfast and pillow quality and enhance communication regarding forgotten items. Thank you."
