「Alles bestens」

「Good for a short stay. Located near CBD, Zeil mall and other sightseeing spots which is very nice. However the room size is a bit tight, and it does not come with kettle/cups/refrigerator... etc., which is a bit inconvenient.」

「總是很快速又親切的回覆我的問題及需求，房間很大很舒適，早餐好吃，離火車站近」

「good」

「地點方便，房間寬敞，員工親切，設備齊全，下次回訪還會選擇此地」

「Poor service from reception. Asked for wine opener, and waited for 30 minutes, called again, reception asked me to go down reception to pick up by myself, after went down, she told me they only have ONE opener in whole hotel, and asked me to go up again to bring the wine down. So ridiculous: 1st > big hotel with only ONE opener. 2nd > staff let me waited 30 mins, then asked me come down, but then asked me go up again to bring the wine instead… Never experienced such chaotic service.」

「房间整洁，交通便利。」

「旅館鬧中取靜, 停車方便, 房間也寬敞舒適, 重點是位置很好離老城區和羅馬廣場或是河邊都很近, 步行5~10分鐘皆可達!」

「Location right next to Bahnhof on the quiet side so I really like the location. On the nearest busiest street, there are some small kebap stores and indian restaurants which makes it easy to grap food. Hotel itself is super nice. Check-in was easy with machines. Room is small but decent. Rooms with air-con! Surrounding looks a bit complicated though because I did see gypsy-like lady groups wandering around in the evenings and once a man crazily drunk banging the wall.」

「The location is excellent and considering the reasonable price — especially with breakfast included — it’s quite a rare find. However, the affordable rate does come with some compromises. The facilities are rather dated and not very well equipped. The front desk is only staffed from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., and rooms use traditional keys. There is no fridge or safe in the room. Please also note that there’s a radiator but no air conditioner. Housekeeping was unfortunately the weakest part of my stay....

「整体来说一般般，不管是设施还是早餐来说一般般」
