「Room had no working tv and would not lower room cost, no smoke detector ripped from ceiling, room dirty」

「This is listed as a four-star hotel on Google, but that is not the case. It is definitely 2 1/2 as listed on Expedia. They did not have reliable Wi-Fi or any of the basic channels to watch sports. Based on other reviews it had recently changed ownership. They need to up their game or the poor reviews will start pouring in.」

However, security-wise, even hours after I had checked in and then left for an event, the door to the adjoining room was left open, the windows were all left unlocked, felt unsafe for someone on the bottom floor, woman traveling alone. 「I have stayed here many times. I love the rooms, the location, having an area to grill and the hosts are wonderful! it’s a keeper!!!」

「We were placed in a room that smelled like urine so the staff moved us to another room. The TV remote didn't work and Noone could help fix it. They just suggested we move back to the original room. Overall the stay was ok but don't think I would be back or suggest this place to others. Breakfast was good. Love the waffles」
