"Lovely check-in and attentive, friendly reception and concierge staff. Sky bar offered good service, drinks and views! It can get a little noisy if you sleep with the windows open (wasn’t a problem for me), so I’d advise bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper."

"We liked this hotel very much! Location by the lake helped of course! Room was spotless, as was the spa area. Good choice of food for breakfast. Evening meal was okay although somewhat pricey."

"We had the best room ever! Very spacious and the location is amazing, right on the ski hill. The spa is great and don't miss the very cozy bar with fireplace. The staff were excellent, very helpful getting us ski rentals and information. Loved this hotel, truly a wonderful place to stay!"
