「Stayed here for 1 night in late September 2025. The hotel is stunning, with fantastic grounds and gardens. The breakfast was fantastic, and we didn’t expect the chocolate brownie, which was a nice treat. The evening fine dining was expensive but delicious, and the ales and beers from vexin were top notch. The grounds around the hotel feel very safe, and we were able to store 2 bicycles in an outside storage facility, which was secure.」

「The second most relaxing atmosphere we have experienced in a hotel (the first is at the sister hotel, Les Granges d’Haillancourt). We really liked the restaurant too - friendly, attentive service and great food. We will definitely be back. 」

「The hotel is next to a road and pavement. Many private cars or trucks passed the hotel and many drivers talked very loudly on the pavement from 1am to 4am. It will be fine if you close the window to sleep.」

「Great stopover on route back to the uk. We had a great meal at the hotel. Reception staff couldn’t be more helpful and accommodating, he even made us coffee & croissants at 6.30 am as we had to leave early. Highly recommend this hotel, we always stay here on our way to and from the Dordogne. 」

「A lovely small hotel with a beautiful garden, located in a nice little town with a beautiful castle to visit. The service is excellent! Don’t forget to visite the chocolaterie, and the pub in a cave.」
