"The property was flooded by the river in December. They are remaking all the gardens. The front desk people are terrible. They dont have information and are the opposite of a client service. The food is wonderful. It is an eco-hotel without running water in the toilets but that is part of the philosophy. Tryed to pay with the credit card online so I did not have to pay a surcharge, but the front desk had not updated the system so it could not be done and had to pay a surcharge."

When our driver couldn't make it to the Casa to take us to Santa Marta airport for our flight to Bogota, Marisela took us both in our car and drove the hour and 15 minutes to drop us off at the airport.
