「The property was in very nice condition. However my only complaint is the quality of the mattress and linens. Very subpar for 2026. The sheets are very thin and the mattress was a spring mattress that had body indentations on it. Did not sleep well at all. If they would improve that I would stay more often, otherwise I’ll only use it in an emergency.」

「The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. The room smelled musty. The overall appearance looks poor quality and outdated. There was furniture stacked up at the landing of a stairway, and laundry bags left at the landing of the main stairway. I wouldn't stay here again.」

「We were early so it took forever to check in. We were told there were no rooms available yet, even though we prepaid, but as we sat in the lobby for about an hour other people came in and were given a room. The room we finally received was noisy. You could hear everything going on outside from the second floor. Heating/cooling system was very strange to configure so i would suggest a how-to for guests.」

「The rudest staff I’ve ever met. No where in there policy says you’re not allowed to have visitors. We just got to the hotel after driving 6 hours and my daughter and 4 girls from her vball team were staying at a nearby hotel and came to visit. I told this front desk person that they were visiting, not staying the night; but while they were outside she proceeded to tell them they were not allowed to comeback up to my room and they had to leave. She wanted 16yr old girls to walk on the streets at...

「Room had nothing to use to cook or eat with a toaster and a coffee pot (no coffee though) had to ask for more tp & kleenex brought the tp so had to ask again for kleenex soap in shower went empty my last day there they should check / fill more often never seems to be anybody at the front desk had to yell for them when you needed something was very clean and quiet would probably stay again」

「When we arrived bathrooom was not cleaned and smelled like urine...Called front desk said they would get someone to clean it and give us a 50% room discount. Had to call three times to get someone to clean the room. It was eventually cleaned. Pool was freezing cold and hoy tub did not work. Was told it would be repaired...Never was repaired. Called expedia twice as directed to get refund...Hotel now declined to refund us..Very poor management at this Hotel...will never stay here...

「The staff was fantastic! My husband was having medical issues and I called them to see about an early check in. Not only were they accommodating, but upon our arrival they helped us load a luggage cart to get to our room . The shuttle driver actually waited with my husband while I got a wheelchair assist. They made a stressful time SO MUCH EASIER! 」

「This was one of the best hotels my family and I have ever stayed at. There isn’t one thing I can complain about. The staff were amazing and very attentive. The best customer service I’ve ever received. The amenities were great. I love that they provided ice and water on every floor. I would definitely recommend this place 100 times over.」
