「Lobby, restaurants and facilities are in nice condition. Property has a very convenient shuttle that runs every 15 minutes to and from the airport Check in with smooth. Room condition was below expectation. Room door would not close unless you physically pushed it shut . bathroom was in need of update 」

「I ordered and confirmed 2 twin beds (for 2 rooms to have 4 beds) but all the front desk gave me was a double bed. Then I asked for consideration (free breakfast) but they wouldn’t give me anything.」

「Room is a bit small and reasonably clean. Location is great and free shuttle transfer can be arrange to drop off and pick up from nearby shopping mall, East Rand Mall. Buffet breakfast is also very good.」

「- Room is a bit small but neat and tidy. - A stupid design of SOCKET position. Space between socket and desk is not enough for plug to plug in. Can only use the socket for kettle to charge phones. - Location is good. Near airport and there is a food square right next to the hotel. There are variety of restaurants for selection. - Breakfast is ok, not a lot of choices but both bread and coffee are above average. - Staff at front desk are very helpful. -Wifi is not perfect but considered...
