"Everything about the hotel was amazing. It was the front desk staff. I encountered the same lady twice, she was very rude and when I ask about a late check out she basically said WE NEED YALL TO LEAVE. Just unprofessional and rude"

"The whole establishment needs major renovations. The air conditioning didn’t work, there was mold, rusting everywhere and it smelled like old wet carpet. I would not stay again!! "

"Pool was closed and it was a beautiful weekend :( I wish there would have been a note stating the pool was not going to be open until a certain date, it was disappointing to find that out. Also the restaurant right next to the hotel was blasting music until 1am, past the closing time of 11pm. I know that’s not the fault of the hotel, but just something to be considered. "

"The plug under desk and the plug in the bathroom did not work. The curtains were held up with clips. "

"Super cheerful feel and decor. Staff very friendly! The breakfast was nice-liked that they had real oatmeal!"

"Sofa was exytemely frayed, dirty and cushions were flat (needs to be replaced). The glaze on tub is peeling off. Floors needed to be swept. There were about 40 pairs of shoes laying in one of the hallways, very odd. On the positive side...desk agents were extremely personable and friendly. Would not stay here again"

"The bathroom had a terrible pungent smell coming from the bathroom. Smelled like a mix of sulfur and standing water. And the couch had large stains on it. I told the front desk and they said sorry. They did not offer anything. "
