"After reading the reviews I was a little skeptical but here’s my honest review! I stayed here for the weekend for my birthday trip. Smelled amazing when I walked in, there was a gentleman Chris waiting to assist me with anything I needed! The pool was very clean, enjoyed the hot tub! Room was 10/10 bed was comfortable and very clean. No free breakfast but they did have a bar with happy hour ! Also had security 24/7 free parking I would def stay here again 10/10!"

"This hotel is gross. I paid for 2 nights but after the first night we just left and went to another hotel. The reviews were mostly good so I was very disappointed. The lady at the desk during check in was so sweet so I do want to note that. The hotel is undergoing renovations and there are no complaints about that. The room itself however was so gross. Someone else’s hair was wrapped up in in one of the towels. There was no comforter on my bed, the comforter on my daughter’s bed had a yellow stain on it (that I didn’t notice until the morning, so gross!). There were drip stains down the wall near the headboards, assuming from an ill-repaired water leak on the above floor. The entire hotel smelled like marijuana, people were actively smoking it and the smell even came into our room multiple times. The hotel was noisy — guests loud at all hours. I don’t think we slept longer than an hour at a time without being woken up from noise or strong gusts of marijuana odor wafting into our room. The photos on the website must be from when the hotel first opened. There was no coffee in the room, but there was a coffee pot. No coffee cups in the lobby or in the rooms not that it would’ve mattered. When my husband asked an employee, he said “if we they’re in the room we got ‘em, if they’re not, we don’t.” The heater was beat up and smelled of smoke each time it kicked on. The carpet had not been vacuumed. The only positive here was thank goodness there weren’t any bugs visible of any kind."

"A lot dirtier than it looks. Stains on sheets. we were there maybe 9 hours, so it was fine. They had toothpaste, and restocked some of the breakfast when it was nearly empty by the last hour of the prescribed program. It's a budget hotel in Memphis, what you see is what to expect and what you'll get. "

"It was nothing like online. The smell of weed smacked you in the face wherever you went, including your room. Torn and broken furniture, stained carpet, food on the walls. It was absolutely atrocious. We lasted 30 minutes and ended up leaving and going somewhere else. "

"I tried to cancel this via Expedia, Mariott, and even the hotel itself, and was not able to with a refund. Shame on you!!!! I will NEVER use Expedia again. And since I am in my first year of retirement, I would say this was a poor decision by your company to not give me a refund."
