"Called to ask about checkin process. Checkin was quick. Margaret is a great hostess and left croissants for us and water in the fridge. Location is close to most attractions in Peterborough. Place is on a busy road so can be noisy if you are sleeping in the front bedroom but I had a good night sleep in the bedroom facing the back. Beds were firm which I like but living room furniture was softer."

"We stayed in Number 2 cottage which was a 2 bedroom. Very tidy, lots of parking, and well appointed for our stay. The view is BRILLIANT! The back porch provides a beautiful vista of Sturgeon Lake. There is a BBQ and outdoor seating, namely picnic tables. If you stay in, good wifi and Netflix but the sunsets are spectacular so don't miss them. "Love the location. Great access to the park and walk around the town. Hotel is outdated but cleanliness. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Mattresses are comfortable. Good air conditioning and water supply for shower. Utensils are not enough but you can request if needed. Had a great night stay."
