My opinion, they went above and beyond their duties!… As far as the hotel, I had a few issues with the plumbing, which the management did everything in their power to correct. 「More than in other countries in Africa, hotel prices in Nigeria and hotel quality, i.e. room functionality and service, seem to be uncorrelated.
