「Nice hotel with mostly friendly staff who smile and make you feel welcome. Rooms are ok with comfy bed and hot shower. WiFi also fast enough. One thing need to stop doing is making you feel like some kind of villain on the way out by insisting to check not stolen anything from the room!! Jeez….Don’t also insist all hotels do it (they don’t) and if going to do it, better make sure a list present for what in the room when arrive!!!」

「The rooms are beautiful and the location is great. Exceptional even. But the service wasn't great. Staff at the hotel bar were not courteous, the power went out often, and the internet was spotty.」

「Firstly, they didn't give us the room we booked on our first night and secondly, the bedsheet was not a cleaned one. After we complained, they changed the bedsheets immediately but changed the room the next morning. Breakfast was only served once out of the six days we stayed in this property. There's no microwave in the room. Wi-Fi was very sluggish. 」

「The location is great but price is quite high considering the very very poor services in the hotel. I spent 3 nights there but didn’t sleep well in any of the night. Pillows are too hard. I couldn’t use the towels as they already turned brown. There were mosquitoes and small cockroaches in my room. The toilet paper was of the lowest quality. The breakfast was just omelet and bread, unbelievable for the price they charge. I will rate them 2/10」

「Wonderful service and great hospitality 」

「Fritz provided a bed that I needed. No room account, so everything I bought had to be paid on a handheld POS device that sometimes didn't work. Makes in room dining or ordering a drink or getting a toothbrush a bit of an ordeal. I had a few little ants near the desk in my room, becomes a problem if you leave any food out. Breakfasts are lower end in quality - think cheap airline meal. Sounds like I have complaints but as a place to put my head down I wouldn't object to staying here again. Staff...
