「Absolutely wonderful stay! My fear when I stay in the area is always humidity/musty rooms… but in Ixua there’s no sign of anything less than pristine. It all looks, feels and is clean. The rooms are extremely comfortable. The views are well… worth everything. The food and service absolutely amazing. Thank you Roberto and Munya.」

「A beautifully reformed historic building dating back to the late 1700s. Reyes the owner has done a tasteful makeover with modern bathroom on site parking, generous kitchen amenities and a helpful and friendly welcome to her guests. Enhorabuena- congratulations Reyes. We'd love to visit if passing again and 1 hour to Bilbao port is a bonus for certain travellers.」

「A beautiful dreamy Parador! Within most peaceful nature filled grounds, the rooms were exceptionally clean even with back garden access! Delicious breakfast either in the dinning room or garden terraza! Staff is super friendly and helpful with sharing information. Awesome bar with exceptional views of the gardens and sunset! 「The building is beautiful from the outside, but it is in desperate need of maintenance and renovation on the inside. The only positive aspects of my stay were the breakfast buffet, which was excellent, and the housekeeping staff. The cleaning team did an outstanding job and kept the rooms clean and well maintained throughout my stay. Overall, despite a few positive points, I would not consider this a true four-star hotel and would not choose to stay here again.」

「Ermua is a thriving community where we felt really safe when out at night. The hotel is central with lovely rooms and fabulous staff. The hotel bar is welcoming and popular with local people. The bar serves a selection of tapas which are great. We would definitely stay again if in the area.」
