「The staff was extremely pleasant and welcoming. The common areas were nice and fresh. The room was clean and new. My only complaint was that we stayed there three days and NEVER received housekeeping or fresh towels. I didn’t seen anything in the room that indicated that if you wanted housekeeping, you had to request it. We back late each evening, so we just had to get towels from the front desk.
