「The planes are noisy. The breakfast is terrible. The house is not soundproof. But the room rate is very high. There are also kitchen facilities for cooking and a large refrigerator.」

「Clean room, large shower-room, excellent breakfast both mornings and very helpful staff. Perfect location for our stay, easy to get on the NY State thruway (route 90) to get to downtown Buffalo and further east towards Genesee County. Didn't use the pool or gym but both looked very modern and well maintained.」

「The Delavan was amazing! We stayed in the Harriett Suite my wife and I agree its one of the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. The bathroom was beautiful, deep tub, rainfall showerhead and his/hers vanity. The facilities were well kept gym included. 「WOW!! I LOVED this property!! The history is so fascinating and everything inside fits with the charm of the building. I loved the high ceilings and the fact that there was a gym right in the building. We stayed there to attend a concert, which was just a walk down the street. Everything was so clean, safe, close to shopping and restaurants, and literally perfect. We will definitely be back!」
